Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be shipped back to us in a secure and safe package, with proper wrapping and sent through proper couriers. (Please note* it is important to contact us prior to returning and the shipping costs to return the package must be assumed by you).

*** DO NOT send certificate with your returned goods unless spoken about with us prior to sending. If need be this would be sent separately, but is not always necessary as in many cases we can have it reprinted.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

    1. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or previously discussed.

    2. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, unless previously discussed and approved by us.

    Refunds

    Before returning we would discuss wether we would give a refund or credit towards another purchase, this is based on the reason for the return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then we would either send the refund or give you the credit according to the conditions of the received item. 

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We will let you know when this refund has been made so you can be sure to check.

    Late or missing refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

    Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, keeping in mind that there are certain things that are part of owning these gemstones, such as natural inclusions, fisures etc, and keeping in mind that we manufacture handmade jewelry which lead to possibly tiny and truly insignificant characteristics. If you would like to exchange it for the same item or a different one for equal or more value, contact us before starting the process.

    Shipping returns

    To return your product, you should contact us prior to shipping.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if we assumed this cost.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, and depends on whether or not we would need to resource and remake your piece. This is why contacting us to discuss is imperative. 

    You must use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
